After this video I went to the final boss stage, I collected 50 rings, I jumped, huh? Umm double jump? Jump and boost, still nothing, what?????? I can't use Super Sonic in boss stages? NOOOOO! It was still worth it though.

@Quackit135 did you get all red rings? cleared all gamemode acts? go to the options sat and turn the SUPER SONIC option on?

@SonicSonc54321 Yeah your just not allowed to use super sonic during bosses, and the Super Sonic option starts on.

@theREALkaner If you mean the Spike wisp, then you have to finish the level that they first appear in (like all wisps), which should be one of the Planet Wisp levels.
