  • is this in english? cant even tellll.

  • Since this is in Scotland he would be called a ned. However, he is a uni student he can't exactly be one of those...? The name of this video needs changing

  • the violent guy was totally in the wrong, it had nothing to do with him. Not once did the kid get physically aggressive so there was no need to chuck him off the train in such a violent manner. Yes, the kid was in the wrong, but remember he was a kid. The man just made himself look like a violent bully. Someone should have had a word with the kid, not chuck him in such a violent manner. The real hero here is the guy that got off the train with the kid and stopped the thug being a thug.

  • @uqfod Your an absolute idiot.

  • @bettsyboo erm, how exactly, because i think that physical abuse isint the answer? how would you feel if your child was physically thrown of the train in such a vile manner. No one knows the circumstances that the boy was under. you are vile for advocating such unnecessary violence.

  • also lets stop calling him a 'chav'. There's nothing about him that suggests he is one, especially is extremely unchavvy hat

  • The big guy was in the wrong. The situation had nothing to do with him first of all, and secondly the lad is less than half his size. He was far too rough. We're talking about a bloody train ticket here, lets get some perspective. For all those saying the lad was swearing in front of kids- true. But i can guarantee that seeing him violently kicked off a train will have made much more of an impression. If someone ever tried to put their hands on me like that Id sue them in a heartbeat

  • @nina5682 I am so proud of that scottish guy. He had the courage to stand up to that little shit who was so rude and foul refusing to move for the elderly ticket collector that it makes you have faith that there are still some good people in this country who will stand up to these horrible children that exist in this dole dossing country today. Shame on the lot of you. Probably at home scroungeing aswell.

  • Love how he stole his seat afterwards :L

  • Please don't publish abusive comments against other contributers. Challenge if you feel then yes but aggressive or abusive then no

  • Someone actually carried his bag and through it out with him. Just re-watch it.

  • sorry, but he can't blame his diabetes on all of this. fair enough that his bag got left behind with his insulin in it, but we shouldn't be using it as an excuse. this disgusts me as i'd never use my diabetes as an excuse for everyone to feel sorry for me. simple, you go to a pharmacy and ask for an emergency supply! don't feel sorry for him because he has diabetes. us diabetics have to learn to beat it one day!

i've just turned 18 and if he didnt want to get kicked off that train, he should h

  • I dont like chavs but the fat bastard had no right to do that - the guy was a cock and should have been nicked for assult, shits like that are whats wrong with the public - fine if the guy had been a cock and was kicking off but he wasnt - the big guy was being a prick and a big bastard bully

  • @someone3546 He was told over and over to get off. That happens every night in night clubs. These kids have no respect. Its disgusting that you are blameing someone for that.

  • i bet you if he was wearing a suit and tie, he would of been allowed to stay...

  • I can see both sides of the argument but what is clear in these comments is the huge amount of people who are against anyone younger them. So many people are generalising against teenagers - We do not all commit crimes as many comments seem to suggest.

  • Tambourine monkey

  • Read the news you twats, he had a ticket which by a misprint showed the wrong destination and the big guy is getting arrested for assault.

  • if you havent got a ticket, and your holding everybody else up, and your refusing to leave the train. what else can you do. well in BIG MAN!!!!

  • LOL big porridge man.

  • He was a wee dick!! If I was on the train, it would have been the window and no the door he would have went through.

He was nothin but a wee chancer, and he got his just desserts.

  • He had no right what so ever to even land a finger on that guy. So fucking disrespectful. He's nothing but a bully

  • Tprender He was not given the opportunity to collect his items by Mr Pollock therefore Mr Pollock should be held accountable for them.

  • The chap (AKA Mr Pollock) chucking the young man off the train had absolutely no right to act as he did. This chap didn't even know half the story behind the impasse. He didn’t know if the young man had a medical condition or if he had any personal possessions on the premises. No warning was given to the young man, overall he acted like a pig. I believe he has no/little defence for his actions in a court of law.

  • It was claimed that a ticket conductor processed two tickets in the same direction by mistake, so he had the wrong ticket. If one of these tickets is not punched it is still classed as a legally valid ticket for the day at that price. Companies always accommodate mistakes made by staff and costumers and allow for exchanges of equal value upon receipt, and therefore the ticket should have been valid for the price of the return journey.

  • the man wanted to be a hero and has ended up looking like a bully and a thug if he had done this to my child i would want to see him in court the way he walks back on the train like he is a bloody a hero he need a good bloody slap.

Mr Pollock is nothing but a bully and if he is reading this i hoppe you end up in court.

  • @lynda771 If he had done that you your child? Your child should not be acting like that in the first place not paying then refusing to move. That man was not a bully or a thug. He was sticking up for that man - as usual the teenagers today know there are no consequences for their actions. You lot are disgusting and he did the right thing.

  • @lynda771 the guy didn't have a ticket and refused to get off, delaying the train, he had a right to kick him off. Maybe when someone is delaying a train you're on and you have to be somewhere at a certain time or just want to get home you'll understand.

  • @PaddyLaPoint Maybe when you lose a ticket or get it stolen by a pickpocket you'll understand. The existence of tickets at all is a primitive violence against the facts of human fallibility and objects' losability

  • What a big fuss if it wasn't for smart phones and YouTube it would have ended there and then, I have however no opinion either way

  • I personally think it was wrong to bounce face first 19 y.o.sick teen off the train with such violence. I do not think passengers have rights to use power in this kinda situations... it is policeMen's job to do, for which we all pay money! me sad me sad

  • Does noone else think he looks like hes hypo?

  • Assault, he'l get prosecuted, today's news will become tomorrow history its all rather sad really; people will always avoid paying if theres a chance they can get away with it, not his fault he has a northern accent.

  • At the end of the day the big man thought he was doing a good deed but he over stepped the mark he assaulted that lad plain and simple!

  • Ibagsy your a prick. You're probably some little student runt that tries tricks like this all the time. This country is sick of shitey little scum like him and like you. You need a good beating lad, that's the only thing pricks like you listen too. Youre a big man sat behind a computer aren't you but you'd shite yer little pants if it was you.

  • @Kingspinner15 listen to the way you are talking when you do not even know this lad talk hating kids omg wash your mouth out!!! lets just hope you do not have any teenagers god help them? moron.

  • This has got involved in something that had nothing to do with him and has assaulted this teenager. Violence is never the answer and to attack someone regardless of what it is about is illegal and rightly so. The "big man" or "violent thug" as I would call him should absolutely be prosecuted. Whether the guy was or was not dodging his fare or being abusive is nothing to do with him. I can't believe those idiots applauding him on the video, he's a violent psycho.

  • That was ridiculous, that conductor should be sacked it's his job to deal with the incident, if the lad had gotten violent then fair enough.

  • This little shit got his comeupance- man up and rock off you little student twat. you were caught.

  • @jonw505 big words mate.

  • well done big man , thats how to deal with these little shits

  • what has britain become that man had no right to interfere the conducter person should know how to deal with this thing and he should of said to the man who assalted this person to not interfere yes people may argue he was helping but by doing so this is abuse there was no need to shove that person off the train all was needed was that he bee escorted not shoved now beacuse of that man thinking he was trying to be all matcho an stuff has really gotten into bother he could be put down for assal

  • This video should be shown to everyone on their 18th birthday. Anyone who sides with the fare dodger, should loose the right to vote.

That might redress the balance and sort this nanby panby cuddly society out for the better

  • Arsehole deserved what he got and well done to the big man.

  • People who are moaning have a point, yes the man shouldn't take things into his own hands, but guess what? If people didn't start standing up, then the riots would have continued. In fact the police let the rioters get out of hand. Sometimes, just sometimes, the police are no good and you have to do what is right!

  • Seen this on the news this morning and this was just what was caught on camera. If my kids were on the train I would have thrown him off for swearing in front of them - never mind not having a ticket!

  • fat bastard thinking hes something, I would piss myself if the little boys dad came round the corner and kicked the shit out of this turd...

  • fat bastard

  • Gaz22 I get we're your coming from!! But he man handled him thats not right!! What gives him the right to do so? He's not the police he took the law in to his own hands yeah he should have got off the train I no that. But he assaulted him that's it if it was the other way round and he started pushing that dude then I'm sure he would have had him arrested .

  • Why should the people on the train be held up because one person refuses to get off? Regardless of whether he had the right ticket or not, the rail company have the right to refuse service to whomever they like.

  • @princesslozi The ticket collector was not prepared to listen to reason and the fat bastard who kicked him off should be charged with assault. That "chav" was a student at Heriot Watt and his belongings were left on the train along with his insulin. Would you be gloating if he had gone into a coma?

  • @tprender Balls, his bag of "insulin" was chucked out at the same time. He took a risk and if it resulted in a coma then tough, thats life, he still has his legs and balls.

  • @tprender I was not aware I was "Gloating" neither did i refer to the individual as a "chav". If the statement is true about his insulin, then that's unfortunate, however, if he had left the train when requested then he wouldn't of been put in that situation, he could of taken all his belongings with him. The only persons fault that his belongings were left on the train is his, as he could of calming left the train with his possessions as requested by the train conductor.

  • @pornkingltd allegedly

  • @pornkingltd i no its wrong about his DB stuff but we used to do this all the time by a one way or pretend to be sleeping to save money he should have manuped and pay the fair plonker

  • The big man should get an award from the train company, everyday they lose loads of money to people like this and we end up paying more to cover them!! Hats of to him.

  • Violence is never the answer

  • @peaceandlightfilms you are right. He was thrown off not beaten up.

  • that guy is getting charged

  • If that mug had touched me like that I would have knocked his fu##ing teeth out what a nob. He should be punished!!!

  • @vipericon Why? kids these days think they can do whatever they want and think they are untouchable, all he had to do was get off the train or pay for a ticket, I swear some kids these days think they can get anything for free the guy asked him to get off and thought about the other passengers and the little prick was asking for trouble, and in case your wondering they threw his bag out as well as you can see in the video, we need guys like these who will stand up to these idiots

  • @Gatz22 bet you have never helped or got involved in your life. fuck off you fag. he clearly says iv payed, the old conductor aint got a clue. fat bully prob a peado. you applaud, fucking mororns.

  • @vipericon But would you have been travelling without a valid ticket or refused to get off when told to do so by the man in charge? I

  • All he had to do was explain to the conductor that he a) didn't have a ticket or b) did have a ticket. If he didn't have a ticket he had two options, buy one, or leave the train and phone his father for a lift. Simple. I'm hearing in the news today that he had the right ticket after all. Well WHY didn't he produce it? Seems he was making things awfully difficult for himself.

  • Comment removed

  • Get in there BIG man!

  • Chav this chav that. Who gives a shit if he was a chav? He got what was coming to him regardless of what he is. He could have been a goth and he would still deserve it.

  • GO AAAAALLLLLLAAAAAANNN

  • thought he could get back to Perth without one. He should have to prove he bought 2 singles, the travel centre would presumably remember him when he payed for the tickets or if bought from the machine there will be a log as the time is on the bottom of the ticket or if bought from the web he would be able to prove he bought the tickets from his bank card. And no you wouldn't throw a person in a wheelchair off without a wheelchair but then again a person in a wheelchair has to be helped onto the

  • He can drink if he has diabetes stop being thick!

  • I dont care if he had diabetes, it doesn't give you the right to a free rail journey. He needs a good smack in the face it sounds like he's never been disciplined.

  • What is he doing drinking if he's got diabetes? Good on the big man!! That will teach the scumbag to get some manners.

  • Well done to the big guy for his actions and also for showing restraint and using only reasonable force. Tea cosy heed should get locked up for swearing at and for lack of respect for the elderly train inspector trying to do his job.

  • days a week every week and know only too well if you give the wrong part of the ticket the conductor gives you it back and asks for the correct one and also if he had handed both tickets to the conductor he would have got both back as the conductor takes the ticket, checks it's validity and then hands it back to the passenger. And someone did pick his bag up, you can see that in the footage. So either he lost his ticket or only bought one or perhaps he got to Edinburgh without a ticket and thou

  • Sugar diabetes or type 1 as it's referred to IS NOT an excuse to not have a valid ticket. However the train conductor was never going to be able to get the man off the train therefore he should have contacted British Transport Police and had them escort the man off the train. He said he bought 2 singles as was told it was cheaper, fair enough but I don't believe him when he says he gave the 2 tickets to the conductor as he was half asleep (presumably this was on the train) as I use the trains 5

  • @ianeasthall of course you would of , you would of just sat there quite as fuk you prick

  • @gazgilfhunter it raises you blood sugar level

  • @bmg1275 why can't he drink alcohol ?

  • If the little twat has got diabetes you should',t be drinking alcohol.Chancing little bastard.

  • I dont give a shit if he had diabetes!!! I'd have a kicked the little shits head in!! We need more people like this dealing with scum!!

  • @ianeasthall feral youths need a slap that is what's wrong with this nation.

  • The guy he chucked off has type diabetes and the fat fuk who through him off didn't give him his bag which had his insulin , sugar and phone he could of gone into a coma . I cannot believe people are applauding this fat twat . You wouldn't throw someone off the train who needed a wheelchair and not give then the wheelchair .

  • @gazgilfhunter Well that's just speculation. Even if you're right, he is still the only person in the wrong. From the video he clearly did not have the right ticket and was rude. He was given plenty of opportunities to leave the train, with all of belongings. You shouldn't blame the guy for not knowing the boy was diabetic.

  • @gazgilfhunter he was chucked off because he refused to walk off. Why is it not the chav's fault. The conductor demanded him to leave and he refused even when delaying other passengers and using hard profanity in front of small children. I applaud that big man in dealing with this disrespectful yob. And he had his bag thrown out with him. He learned a valuable lesson that did him a favour. The public are sick of the thug being molly coddled and given impunity for his own stupid actions.

  • @webboffin Just for your information you need to watch again as his bag is also chucked off. He was trying it on and I am fed up of these people who think it is the right to act like this. Good for the man to remove him.

  • @millwallmum I agree

  • @webboffin before you go defending a man that took a yound lad and kicked him of the train even when the lad did have a ticket hw just handed over the worng one, you supprt this unless it wa of couse one of your children or youself.

Mr Pollock was a bully and need to be shown that even little people like him do not have the right to take things in to there own hands that young lad was not well and he medi was on that train what right does any one have to do that ? none.

  • @gazgilfhunter If you listen to the Video his bag was Thrown off the train with him, so your argument is invalid.

  • @gazgilfhunter - you're so full o' shite - check out 1:50, the guy with the blue and white jacket throws the chav's bag on to the platform. Stop speading shite yah wee numpty.

  • @gazgilfhunter its got absolutely nothing to do with his diabetes or his bag...he's clearly being uncooperative, so the passenger, rightly so, chucked him out the train. simple...

  • @martinjbell the passenger has absolutely no right to touch him, or anyone, get that right. its simple.

  • @ibagzy the guy doesn't have the right to be on the train in the first place...also simple.

  • Respect Big Man

  • good onya big guy, we need more of ur kind with back bone.

  • haha and he took the kids seat at the end classic

  • I rember when i lost my ticket i pretty much got ready to walk off and sleep the whole night at the station but the guy that conducted the train was like "its cold and late just get on and shut up" lol total life saver but i would never cheat a ride for free, your asking for shit if that happends.

But if i got chucked off like that kid was chucked off i would just lay their like i was dead lmaoooo they would be like OMG FUCK FUCK FUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!! sueing time!

  • @jimbob202019 he got himself chucked off. He had all the opportunities to walk off himself unruffled. He was a chav and got owned.

  • Well done to the big man! Scum like that shouldn't be aloud on the trains

  • But of course the police must investigate! An innocent youth has been set upon by an adult, there by making him a victim of child abuse!

On a rather more serious note, yes, "The Big Man" must be commended. After all, isn't Cameron's "Big Society" all about us being able to take care of ourselves a bit?

Please, please tell me he's got a phone that can chib and phone for an ambulance at the same time!?!?

  • LOOOOOOOOOOOL!

  • Bravo - we need more of this in this country. Most people would have sat there and done nothing - this chap should be commended... but what actually does happen? The police investigate! Useless idiots.

  • @PunjabiGuyLondon hope this is a lesson to all chavs to learn from

  • @PunjabiGuyLondon He was not posing a threat so there was no need for the man to use any force against him. The man who threw him off is the yob not the fare dodger.

  • Brilliant. The only pity is that the train had stopped. Otherwise the piece of 'scum' would not have been able to do it again. The guy who threw him off deserves a round of applause and maybe a job in the House of Commons'.

  • Respect to the bigman !the little twat deserved all he got.
