The trustees are just as bad. They offered to reinstate my loan for %30 of late payments. I accepted. The paperwork never arrived. I called the bank and trustee daily but it still went to trustee sale. Nobody showed up, now the government owns it. I talked to RE lawyer and was told that this was a common practice!

Ocwen has our second loan, and we're giving that to our bankruptcy lawyer. If Chase takes our house, then they'll get what they get and will get more than they bargained for. Eff the big banks and eff this country.

ocwen makes more money by buying a mortgage undercover from a bank getting about 4 to 6 years of interest in the form of house payments and then selling the house disguised as a foreclosure, they are burning me too

We were scammed by a rep from Key Financial Corp out of Florida and the loan was sold immediately to CountryWide and by the time we realized what had occured it was too late. We are in a ShortSale now with an offer being considered by CountryWide.House was worth $600k last year,offer in at $375K. My hope is that there will be light shed on the lenders who have taken advantage of people who thought they could trust their loan agents and reps.

I know what your saying is true cuz I work for the companies that work for the mortgage companies and I see hundreds of homes a year get taken back cuz the owners don't know there rights. Contact a lawyer and have them be your voice in the beginning or the baks will walk all over you.

they are stealing my house also as we speak i just now see through this scam
they said it was a refinance and for 4 months would not take a payment and said it was a downpayment each department willnot communicate
i tried numerous times to pay the payment but they willnot take my payment
