Cairo is worse than this ! It's true that in the West we're not prepared when an accident does happen because we're not exposed to it due to being wrapped in cotton wool with health and safety. Recently in London the government has trialled an area that has no road markings or signs and it's actually causing safer driving ! Vietnam, Egypt and India have worse traffic than this, but as the poster of this video doesn't seem to want to tell us where this is, we'll have to guess . . .
