PA does not allow red lights on tow truck, which I personally think is stupid.

why would a tow truck have red

@mccord251 Because some States allow tow trucks to use red on scene only.

@mccord251 A tow truck is considered an emergency vehicle in most states. In a lot of states, it is law that a tow truck must display reds when stopped. There are a lot of stupid people in the world that just can't slow down & move over for ambers. Those are the people that shot be put down in a painful manner. There are some states like Iowa where tow trucks are first responders in place of the FD cause the FD is volunteer and underfunded with some tools.
