This was not in Phoenix and it was not the British Army.

This was an airshow mid-air collision of two Kuwaiti helicopters. The crash was fatal for all aboard both aircraft.

No actually what happened was they hit a thin powerline that wasnt visible. Why do you think they both crash simultaneously? they didnt see the wire and clipped it causing the main rotor to cut into the tail section causing them to crash. I seen it on the boob tube a few times.

They are flying parralell to eachother and they arent close enough for the rotors to make contact. havent you ever seen this video on t.v.? you cant tell on youtube. when you see it on a bigger screen you can tell what happened. just trust me.

@bradlyw420 I can clearly see the rotors making contact. There was no power line. You're telling me the cloud of debris and smoke we see is from a powerline that high up, somehow running perpendicular to the blades? For the blades to do what they did there would have had to be an object perpendicular to the aircraft. Why wasn't the impact seen on the nose of the helicopter, or at the front of the blades? They were flying too close and fucked up.

Correct me if I'm wrong (video is very blurry) But those look to be MI-24 Hinds, a Russian aircraft. It is possible this was filmed during the Russo-Afghan war which lasted from '79 to '89. Wiki "Soviet war in Afghanistan" for more info.
