That's pretty ironic I skated too before parkour, roller blades tho. It transfers REALLY well into Parkour training. It can scare you in the same way most Parkour moves do LOL. Good to know a fellow former skater. Furr sure.

What is it with female freerunners doing lazy vaults over everything instead of kongs? This chick can do things that I don't even dream of doing (mainly because I prefer parkour over tricking but still, impressive as hell) yet the absolute basics of parkour seem to be lost on her.

To clarify: I am NOT generalizing, I notice these kinds of tendencies while watching tons of videos on this very site.

@SuckItLily again, most of the parkour clips were filmed 8 months after I started parkour, so I was still at a really basic level, I have greatly improved since then = )

@EricaNicoleMadrid also, men generally have a higher center of gravity than women I believe, so it's easier for a man to get their upper body over the object first, while for women it's easier to get their lower body over first, or at the same time. But again, I'm much better at parkour now
