@purpledinocorner I remember "A Picture of Health," "Easy Breezy Day," "Is Everybody Happy," and many others aired on Sprout (no, "Waiting for Mr. Macrooney" wasn't one of them. Thankfully, I have it recorded from PBS back in the day.)

I remember a little bit from the beginning Chips says big (points to himself) and then he says little (points to the Barney doll) then Barney comes to life and he says now Im big and your little. Well I think that's what happened. It was a looooong time ago
