The title is misleading. I know the person who saved this man and also the police SWAT member that recovered his foot. This accident was due to a charter captain's disregard for human saftey at the cost of this old timers foot. The captain was speeding in swim zone. He has lost his charter lisence as well as his job, employed by the Ritz Carlton. Stupid and water don't mix!!! Thumbs up this report so it is known!!!!
