The film achieves a classic look and feel with the stark black and white footage. What Kodak camera was used? I am very impressed with the finished results of the film, especially when it is written that this was filmed on a cheap camera. Which one?
@KojiRecords I forgot which kodak camera it was but it was pretty cheap, entry-level kind. I created the classic look, using Vegas, by adding a bit of film grain and using different black and white filters depending on the clips I had.
the stairs is all about me preparing to search for knowledge and the library is the center for knowledge. anyway, glad you liked it, i almost forgot about this little film i shot so many years ago :-)
Very interesting film, Iike how it ends.

soul? shit men this is an afeminate film. the guy should look for his soul in the VOUGUE magazine. boring.
GANDUL1965 1 year ago
@GANDUL1965 maybe he did get a vougue magazine in the library, which the film didn't show, hence the result of his peace of mind.

Ooooh....I love libraries. I love the feeling of being surrounded by books.

same here. there is a certain unexplainable comfort when i am around libraries. maybe it's the old book smell, hehe!

the photo angles were all interesting. but it had no push or pull. nothing to make the story keep moving.

I don't know why first scenes remind me Lynch's "eraserhead" (probably the bed and the blinds)... hehehe.
Love the absence of sound. Still don't get the point of the stairs and the library (knowledge searchin'?)
