In hawaii during the Cash for clunker program they didn't have any place to park a dead clunker so what did they did, they pushed it in the Ocean near the harbor and left it there untill a cargo ship arrived and they used the crane and loaded the ship by fishing all the submerdge clunkers on the ship and send it to mainland or other place to be crushed. or they crushed it on board the ship while in route.
In future launchings try backing up the boat into the water. It's a lot quicker and far less expensive.
