Electonic monitors would be real nice!

Years ago we had a slow guy get lapped. He had a swing arm rear suspinsion (Scat/Pacer/Bobcat) and was really fighting it in the corners. He fell a full lap behind the leaders,yet the Race Officials failed to notice that he was a full lap behind! The officials gave him the trophie (Number Plate) instead of who deserved it! The nut accepted the trophy, and never confessed. Bummer. Hence the video.

I believe electronic monitors would be a good thing!
