  • @mzk123ify Yeah, that was the part I always remembered too. This performance was the first time I' d actually see PJ (had heard them a few times on the radio) and I was like "Fuck! They rock!!" I remember this one so much because I was in the hospital with my wife, and she had our first daughter about 2 hours after this was over. Man I fucking miss being 20!!

  • @Gianfranco2511 I loved their second SNL appearance too. I could be wrong, but I think they might be the first musical act to ever play three songs on SNL with that appearance. But this was friggin awesome!!!

  • @wwrjd1523 I was 16 and in 11th grade. My psychology teacher liked to tape snl episodes and show them to us after we took a test. He showed this one to us. I remember Sharon Stone hosted this one. They did this song and then they did Porch.

  • As a Pearl Jam fan, a Seattlite, and a 12-year-old (in 1992), it was the culmination of my existence that I was able to persuade my parents to let me stay up to watch this, especially since I had a championship soccer game the next day at 9am. When I got the game-winning assist the next day, I yelled out, "See? I'm still alive!!!" to my parents. My dad laughed but my mom cried. I guess they both got it... :o)
