Hey man I want to do the spin at the end but everytime I'm done muscle ups I'm afraid that I might fall on my face from like 8 feet up. Any drill so that I don't overthink it and end up eating a faceful of dirt?
@subatomicparticlephy Squeeze the bar hard and just make sure you don't let go. Go slow and try to control it as if you were doing an ab exercise. In short, go slow and squeeze the bar.
