  • I remember this thing...it was an amazing huge fire...I live in North Moncton and I could see it all of the way out there! Downtown I could smell the smell of burning rubber and plastic, it definately wasn't the greatest smell. It was huge and really black smoke...really really black smoke.

  • I remember that day, this fire was right next to where I went to Elementary school, I also remember all of downtown smelled like smoke, amazing thing is the fire was a good 5 km away from downtown, this was some fire.

  • Yah I was on my way to work downtown and I smelt smoke/rubber...thought something downtown was on fire cause the smoke seemed so close...it was unreal

  • Wow! What a blaze. I wounder how it got started. I use to live in Edmundston, New Brunswick...now live in Tennessee USA. Been by Moncton a few times.

  • I wondered what was burning down there and putting all this smoke across our approach path.

  • WOW sumthing happed in moncton that never happens!

  • I must have been out of it that day. My friend said she could smell and see some smoke all the way from riverview, but here i was walking home at about that time (and I live near highfield square) and I didn't notice or smell anything that day! lol. This was all when it was happening too. I must have been in my own little world. lol

  • My cousin was a firefighter there puttin it out...

  • ok are u guys dumb i got way more better shit than this i have when the fire first started because me and my friends where makeing a little video for youtube and we where right in the yard than the top of it went boom like really scary shit than the hole top was on fire than my friend called 911 and than they started to put it out the there was a place in the back that had tires in it and they just went up in flames and when this was all happening i got the shot from start to finsh

  • wow... yeah I smelled it from across town.

    Bad scene

  • i could see the smoke downtown

  • i was the guy in the red jacket and the blonde hair with the hat in the front of the video lol

  • Thanks all, good time to be at home, glad to have taken the shot.

  • Hats off to the firefighters to containing the fire as well as they did. Tremendous video.

  • That Smoke is so dangerous. Great Video!!!

  • It was an amazing sight. I was there all afternoon and night.

  • This is within about 10 minutes to my house, and I used to live just up the street from here. {off Elmwood Drive} The smoke was thick enough that people in Riverview were saying that they too could see it. Great footage. What a horrible shame that one of our local businesses are lost due to such a horrific fire.

  • They re-opened 3 days later at another location!

  • Woah. Thanks for the video

I got lots of pictures and i was there all night until they got it all settled last night there were there all morn

  • Cool
