  • Nvidia 3D Vision is superior to all other 3D systems for pc. First, there's a huge backwards support for both games and Geforce cards. Second, since 3D Vision is a closed standard, you can get everything in one package working out-of-the-box. Some 3D Vision screen manufacturers like Acer now sell 3D screens with an Nvidia 3D Transmitter built in and bundled with one or more shutter glasses. You can adjust the depth of the 3D image in real-time. There is no goofing around with 3rd party software.

  • The HTML5 3D so far only works with the latest version of Firefox. At least, that's for Nvidia 3D Vision systems. Microsoft said it would soon add support for HTML5 3D in it's Silverlight plugin.

  • How do you have your DLP projector set up. Is it with dlp link glasses or ir transmiter type like nvision?

DLP projectors use a sync'd page flip signal.do you have a Optoma 3dxl box for supplying this pageflip signal or you can use a PC that has an HDMI out port running stereoscopic player set to page flip mode at the correct frequency at 120hz. You still also need to download the 3d clip as a left/right image which is how youtube stores it.

I have a similar projector using a laptop & works ok

  • how can i view this 3d??? i have ddd drivers but it does not work in youtube?

using dlp 3d projector (acer h5360)

  • To play the game in 3d with masterimage glasses which I think are the polarised type you would need a screen that is suitable for them. ie tridef or iz3d.

You could just use the red / blue anaglyph type with the iz3d driver which is free for anaglyph or nvidia does this if you have a nvidia graphics card. It all depends on what you want to spend.

You could get lcd shutter glasses like nvidia's 3dvision but you still need a 3d capable monitor or tv that does 120hz refresh.

  • what type of glasses do you need for crysis 2? i have some MasterImage 3d glasses, but they dont work. do i also need to play on a 3D screen?

  • this doesnt work in crosseyed

because one of the planes has a shadow

    and the other doesnt

  • @AlexRider001 Shadows are often a problem for 3D drivers when the game was not made FOR stereoscopy from ground up. Crysis 2 will not have this problem since they're making it FOR 3D.

  • wow u have a nice experience with 3d glasses when u crash

  • its fine in cross eyed!

  • Works fine on my analgyph glasses.
