    I want this.

  • wow.. i was wondering how u see..

  • @badboy77738 On this version, the flower is a night vision camera with a small LCD screen inside. For later versions, I used a big tie made from a material that you can see through. Much easier and less expensive that way.

  • i think it'd be cool if the belly had teeth

  • do you got any other scary clown costumes :D

  • are u a professional?

  • I used to work for a professional costume company, but no, it is just a hobby for me now.

  • freakin bad ass wow awsome. If you were to sell that what would it go for?

  • I don't plan to sell it, but if I did: materials were around $300 and over 50 hours of labor, so at least $2000. I am working with fearscapestudios (the company that makes the clown mask) to produce this costume. They hope to have some ready by spring of 2010. I don't know how much they might sell it for.

  • yo thats bad ass

  • God, be careful near children with that thing, you could really scare them shitless. Especially with the big voice.

  • thats awesome! a night vision camera! theres these things called stalkarounds that are the same idea but i dont know how the people see out of them probably a hole or mesh or something. its awesome that you made it yourself!!

  • was the face made with real cereal

  • No. The company that makes the mask said they used real candy on the prototype mask, but over time it melted. Just like candy in the little wrappers can get sticky when it gets old. So they make fake plastic candy to decorate the mask now.

  • It is actually a night vision camera. I have the display inside so I can see in total darkness.

  • He look mischeaveous. Great work. How did you make the face?

  • That clown, even though he's HUGeee, knows enough to listen to the wifey! LOL...it looks great. How many hours did you work on this total?

  • I worked on it over the course of a month. I'd have to guess and say about 60 hours.

  • is that a camera in the flower or is it just a flower

  • It would be cooler if his stomach had teeth.

  • Love this; it's so creative and it looks great.

  • thats pretty awesome!!!

  • Wow! That's really cool! I wish people in my town were that creative with costumes. Just to see someone like that walking around on Halloween I'd pop a vain laughing. :]

  • Man that is freakin scary. If I saw someone dressed up like that on halloween night I'd probably wet my pants.

  • that's pretty cool xD

  • thats amazing

  • Wow, that was amazing! I think you have got a great chance to win! Thank you so much for entering my contest.

  • wow.... good luck on the contest....

  • yes, yes, and it is collapsable. its powered by two customized air cylinders. each about 4 feet tall with a 4 foot stroke. the sides are on hinges. 2 of the sides fold together and the other 2 sides fold together so that it can be easily stored. the pistons are just wedged inplace so those can come out too. on halloween night im gonna add a strobe light. my costume this year is supposed to look like a decapitated clown holding a living clown head. how much did it cost you to make your costume?

  • Cost about $300 and over 50 hours of work.

  • can you break down the cost like how much the foam was, the cloth, the mask etc.. in makin a costume that looks like a decapitated clown is holding his own head

  • Approximate costs: clown mask $60, human head $70, fabric $80, conduit & bolts $20, foam $50, shoes $20. I already had some of the supplies from past projects, like velcro, PVC, and contact cement.

  • thats my video its not of a clown but it has a clown in it. its a real working jack in the box i built for halloween 2008 its not finished yet but almost

  • Very nice. I like how huge it is. How is it powered? Compressed air? Are you having a Halloween party in your house? How will you ever get it out of the room? Happy Halloween!
