How-To: Sending Multiple Texts on The HTC Droid Eris

Guys try "Multi Texter" available in the Market. It's the best app to send multiple SMS to multiple contacts. Thumbs up so people can see.

This is an old video... I prolly should take it down. I'm sure they've come up with a solution to that by now, including using 3rd party apps to send to more than 20 at a time but I know even now using my Droid X and using Handcent it still tends to jam up if i try to send to more than 20 contacts at a time. Kinda a pain in the ass :/

@Renholder5x ok I can do that, I figured that out already. BUT my biggest pain is: say I get a funny picture via text messages. its in my messages. what i can not do is forward that picture to many of my friends. Ive tried and I just keep sending him back texts or voice mails of me cussing for 5 mins straight...lol HELP!!!!

i doubt that is the solution, my company switched from BB to droid, and i have 200 staff to sens sms/alert to. it is a silly idea to make 20 groups in order to send those sms to.

maybe i need to discuss this with the management, we never had that problem with BB

If video is too long it won't send. try lowering your quality and keeping them very short.

Too bad I have the LG Ally and dont have the 'people' option in the menu. :(

Unfortunately, you have to keep going back and adding people 10 at a time. What I've done to make this a little easier is I've created groups of 10 to people I consistently send forwards to, or alerts, etc... that way you only have to send to one group of 10 at a time instead of having to go to your address book and select them one at a time. can you send out a mass text to more than 10 people or do you have to just keep going back and finding different ones?

i need help figuring out how do download wallpapers then set it as the backround, both wallpaper and screen saver. if you could comment or post a video that would be great!

you can just log on to your yahoo or aol or whatever you have and get a picture from google and send it to yourself and then log on to your email on your phone and save it and set it as your wallpaper

Good information, but the option does not exists on the Motorola Droid. When you touch menu in messaging, there is not a option for "PEOPLE" or "CONTACTS" or anything. If you hear or find a work around please post it! Thanks!
