Is it just me or for some strange reason the left hand (rhythm) chords sound A LOT like an electric piano (Rhodes/Wurlitzer)! very strange, but very cool!

You have good ears. That is the sound of the Helpinstill inductive pickup situated across the bass strings of the piano. I used the pickup to give the bass range a fuller sound. Thanks for the comment.
