Can you imagine that I watched this movie on TV more than 30 years ago in Korea. The movice was so impressed and I clearly remember the song "chip chip chip away".

And I finally found this movie here eventually. This is a heartwarming moive which reminds me of my childhood.

Thank you so much for posting this!!! I have been looking all over the internet for this childhood favourite of mine for years, but I couldn't remember the title -- just the "Chip Chip Chip Away" song. I remembered most of the lyrics, but it wasn't enough for me to find information on the movie!

I can't wait to show this to my kids who are 3 and 6. Hopefully they'll love it as much as I did! Thanks again and God bless!

There was this rare church-produced animated special I remember seeing the last half of on a religious channel, either EWTN or TBN, in the early hours of Christmas Morning 1999, made in either the late 70's or early 80's, about the true story of the real Saint Nicholas ending with the modern Santa Claus kneeling before a Nativity creche in Central Park in contemporary times.
