@blinktom11guitar i think what you mean to say is the tuning is standard E, not the key. The guitar is tuned standard E with the capo second --> thefore Standard F#.

The key is coincidentially E major tho. so ur kinda right. but not really

for those saying you dont need th capo, you do to play it 100% correct, but you can get by without one without the song sounding much different. you'd only notice the difference if you know how to play the song correctly and pay attention to detail. the part that is different is when you let go of all the strings after sliding up to A:11 G:13
