Is it true that Pete Zalewski initially handled both flights that hit the WTC(AA 11&UA 175)? I've also read that he handled EgyptAir990,although some reports say NYCenter handled EgyptAir,but, other reports have Boston Center handling it.
Also,SwissAir111 & TWA 800 was also handled at one point by Boston Center.

This plane was not shot down. I was one of the Coast Guard members that had to pull the parts of the plane and human remains out of the water. Nothing was chard or burnt.

Some recommendations: => JUST my opinions, maybe it doesn't do the trick...
1. The flight company should install parachute on each plane in the events of extremely hazardous incidents like out of controls, oxygen generator is malfunction, etc.
2. The jet manufacturer should install air bag on each side of the plane and activate it ONLY when the plane is about to hit the ocean. => Ground? No... EXPLOSION... maybe instead of sponge?

The normal procedure is to shut down the engines and dive to evade the heat-seeking missile, and thats exactly what Mr. Al-Batouti did. However, the missile was a laser guided missile that could be evaded by releasing metal chaffs, which the normal passenger aircraft are not equipped with, so 990 was shot down 32 +1+ died

There isn't evidence that supports his innocence, while there is strong evidence against him. There was a similar incident with an American pilot riding in the jump seat, though thankfully no one was killed and the pilots managed to land the aircraft safely. I haven't watched this episode in a while, but didn't they explicitly say the data recorder showed he was pushing his control column forwards so as to tilt the plane down?

This is EXTREMELY clear form the actions of the FO shutting down fuel pumps/engines (there is no reason to do that) etc that it was a suicide. NO ONE can dispute that FACT. How much CVR footage did they retrieve? I wonder how much communication the pilots engaged in during this incident. Did they play by play anything that was happening, or were they focused on battling the controls? It does help alot in the crash investigation.
There's also the flight data recorder which records inputs. The US investigators believed that the inputs and the flight patterns were best explained by a deliberate attempt to crash the plane.
This plane was shot by the US army and they wanted to cover their bad job!!! Battotie did not commit suicide nor his religion allows him to do so. Egyptians hate suicide thinking. 1. A shootdown would have shown burn marks or petaling. Neither is there. We have the CVR and the FDR, and we know the plane was not hit by an object.
2. The disagreement between US and Egypt is how to explain the flight patterns and the CVR. Egypt believes there was a mechanical problem, while US believes the pilot did deliberate actions to crash the plane

Some recommendations: => JUST my opinions, maybe it doesn't do the trick...
1. The flight company should install parachute on each plane in the events of extremely hazardous incidents like out of controls, oxygen generator is malfunction, etc.
2. The jet manufacturer should install air bag on each side of the plane and activate it ONLY when the plane is about to hit the ocean. => Ground? No... EXPLOSION... maybe instead of sponge?

I don't think you'll be able to find 'I have made my decision now' in any official transcript. But I agree that the rest seems very incriminating- he never once wonders aloud what is happening to himself or to the pilot when he eventually enters the cockpit.

There isn't evidence that supports his innocence, while there is strong evidence against him. There was a similar incident with an American pilot riding in the jump seat, though thankfully no one was killed and the pilots managed to land the aircraft safely. I haven't watched this episode in a while, but didn't they explicitly say the data recorder showed he was pushing his control column forwards so as to tilt the plane down?

* The cockpit voice recorder records what was said
* The flight data recorder records the inputs
The US and Egypt agree that the flight patterns and CVR dialog happened - the disagreement is how to interpret them - Egypt believes there had to have been a mechanical failure of some sort, while the US believes that Batouti did deliberate actions

How much CVR footage did they retrieve? I wonder how much communication the pilots engaged in during this incident. Did they play by play anything that was happening, or were they focused on battling the controls? It does help alot in the crash investigation.

There's also the flight data recorder which records inputs. The US investigators believed that the inputs and the flight patterns were best explained by a deliberate attempt to crash the plane.

1. A shootdown would have shown burn marks or petaling. Neither is there. We have the CVR and the FDR, and we know the plane was not hit by an object.
2. The disagreement between US and Egypt is how to explain the flight patterns and the CVR. Egypt believes there was a mechanical problem, while US believes the pilot did deliberate actions to crash the plane
