Having some trouble though... I wired mine the same but its not even coming close to the heat output that I need. Its staying in like mid 80s and I'm starting to think I broke it! Any tips???? Thanks

ok i wired mine the same way thanks but i feel a little shcok when i touch it when its pluged in so does that mean more electrical tape
