@TYK1994 That's from a particular storyline that explains how he got his scar. His face was originally fine, but due to an injury, he had to have skin donated to him from a friend. It's told in an episode or a chapter (I can't remember) where somebody asks him why he didn't get plastic surgery to fix his face.
