Try setting your click to about 80 BPM and just play the standard 1 and 3 on the bass drum, 2and 4 on the snare whatever you like on the hats but concentrate on catching the one and three dead on the click and being slightly behind the beat with the snare on 2 and 4. try it out, hope it helps.
