  • personally, from doing P90X ab ripper, it mostly focused on your upper abs. not enough on your lower abs or obliques. Your exercise seems to be a simplified version of Ab Ripper X with a change in the oblique workout.

  • Hi hi! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.

  • Hi! Have you considered - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin got really defined 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

  • The purpose of super-setting (doing them in a row without a lot of rest, 30 secs MAX) is to allow your heart rate to increase. This is called HIIT (high intensity interval training). It gets your heart rate up (over 170 to a max of 195), allowing your body to burn more fat. I will not explain the biological process but I will tell you that this workout is great to get abs since it burns fat and creates muscle at the same time. Of course, it is not enough. Do cardio and full-body workouts as well

  • Oh hello! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my cooworker got great Six pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

  • @OmeGaa9o9 But this works to get rid of some of your belly fat and will make it more tighter instead of that loosey belly. Yes you also have to be normal/skinny sized, but a little bit belly fat isn't that much of a problem if you also combine it with some cardio workouts.

  • Hey, I am 14 years old 6'2 and weigh 180. I am very skinny and have little body fat. I have been doing this for two days already and I know this will take some tim but does any1 have an idea of how long. I am not going to stop after I get abs either. I am just excited to see results.

  • @kjerry147 maqny people don't know this but u can do ab workouts everyday because the abs will regenerate the same as the would or bigger without u tearing ur body up

  • Man your abs look great. Are you taking any supplements? i haev begun my cutting up phase. I run intervals 3 days out of the week & lift heavy 3 days out of the week. I work my abs 3 days out of the week. I am currently taking Rip Fuel and Glutamine. Any advice would be good.

    you wont get much result. this workout also stretches and tones your back muscles so there is no

    surprise if they hurt

  • For those lookin to gain abdomen muscle, this is a great way. Just make sure you do it till you feel the burn. Take breaks, routine it.

  • this will give each body section 2 days of rest and will prolong the platue effect which means you can workout for a really long time before your body starts to slow down

  • Yes, it has burned most of my ab fat. The only thing i would add, would be side crunches. (laying on your side, hands behind head, and face forward like a regular crunch.) I've always hated crunches because of the burning feeling and its easy to get unmotivated, but just as easy to stay motivated. Take a pic before workout, take a pic after workout. Compare the 2 pics. Sounds cheesy, but you can see and feel a tightened ab feeling and it feels great.

  • im eating what ever i want. love my breaded chicken and brownies :) but i do this about twice day, 2 full sets.(full set doing everything 2 times) i didnt think it would work but ive been doing it about 1 week and i can already see my fatty layer disappearing and my abs showing. Freakin awsome. ive already recommended this video to 3 friends

  • @foroeste1 cardio is always the best way to burn fat. but i hate running. The exercises he shows you works everything. Yes, if you want really good abs, daily cardio and nutrition and diet is the only way to get perfect abs. But i like to eat. Main thing is, burn more calories then you consume. And do it every other day. With that said, do asmuch as you can possibly do in that day. Your body needs rest and if you exercise it when it is not rested, you will plateau.

  • @airforcepride yeh, you need to do a full body workout to get your heart rate to that "burning fat" rate. If you just work your small ab muscles, you won't get that. You have to incorporate some of the bigger muscles in to get there(chest, thighs, arms even) just more than one muscle group.

  • @crafty1000 do it untill your sore, then rest a day or two, and do it untill your sore and rest. repeat etc...

    make sure you give 100% and you will be sore and dont forget to rest it is the most important thing you do, because if your sore and you exercise you will plateau (wont get results).

  • this whole workout is plagiarized from p90 abs..but its the weaker version of it. i probably suggest the regular p90 workout over this one. i do like your other routines though.

  • @hush065 I think you have the elite whey, thats a good start just take one serving before and after workout. Make sure you take a serving after work out because your body will really need it. But elite protein is a good protien make sure you train well.

    Three time a day. (Morning, Midday, And Evening)

    You also need a good diet.

    Also do cardio about 6 times a week.

    And you'll get ripped in about month and a half.

  • ppl asking: dont do this everyday.. your abdominals are like any other muscle in your body and after they are worked they need time to rest and rebuild. id say dont do this more than 3 times a week

  • If u have belly fat or some belly fat DO CARDIO FIRST for about 3 weeks. Then start working for those abs. The flatter your stomach the easier it is to get abs.
