this is my all-time favorite show.i felt kind of insulted when people started to leave but i guess i can understand why, it was mostly those the were standing on the lawn.
i wish they would reconsider visiting the dc area in august :)
The show was fantastic...simply fantastic. An experience I will never forget. Thanks go to my lovely wife and mother of my two children for getting tickets for my birthday and letting me sneak away on Mother's Day to attend the best show I've ever witnessed.
It was freezing cold and raining where I was, and even though all my muscles were frozen when the show let out, I didn't caaaaaarrreeeee. Every song was incredible. The technicolor acid trip lights at the end of Telex were amazing, and Arpeggi in the rain was gorgeous. Complain all you want, but the terrible weather made the show for me.
actually I am not talking about the band performance, which was absolutely incredible, but it's really hard to enjoy the show when you cannot stop thinking about how much your feet hurt. Anyway that was my experience and I am very sad 'cause I love Radiohead, probably you had to be there to see the dissapointment from many people in general.
See, you are why people hate Americans. You whine about the smallest crap. YES, my feet were numb. YES, the management at the Nissan Pavilion is the worst I've ever seen. But there's no reason to spam, whining about how you're night was ruined. It rained. We were cold. Get over it. Seeing Radiohead is NOT a right. And it's people like you that make Americans look like crap.
What an amazing show... I was in the pit and fainted about half way through "Planet". Not sure if it was the hypnotizing lights or the cold or the pharmaceuticals, but sorry to anyone I fell into:/ Got right back up and continued dancing though. Gorgeous set.
I thought the band more than made up for the crappy weather, and at 3:03 i just about crapped myself when i saw that stage light up like that, best part of the light show IMO

No doubt, the worst concert I have ever been in. I can't explain how dissapointed I am because the weather totally ruined the event. The conditions were terrible, and just like me, I am sure most that of the people who went to the concert (especially in Lawn) are sick by now. Many left earlier, and in many sector of that crap place there was a general unsattisfaction and dissapointement. What a shame...
obviously not true radiohead fans.. I would have swam through that river of shit to see that show. If you were smart you would have realized that they weren't regulating the pit and could have come up there..
yea, i'm going to have to disagree. i could have stood there in the rain all night listening to radiohead. i went all out, i was dancing and i thought the rain was fun. i can see how some may not have enjoyed the rain, but i just thought it made it that much more amazing.
I totally have to take back my words and apologize for all the negative vibes. We all konw he weather was really bad but I guess I said those words 'cause I didn't expect such an environment. Anyway, now I appreciate that RH carried on with the show and that Tom was being as empathic as possible to cheer the crowd up and give the fans a good show. Once again I apologize for the negativity 'cause I love the band & cheers 2 all the loyal fans who didn't care about the weather and enjoyed the show
I made it in time to see this song, missed most of the performance, though...glad to have at least see Planet Telex

I saw people who were ill-prepared for even a sprinkle. The best moves I made:
1) over-paying for Pit tickets
2) wearing a very good rain pull over
3) taking my socks off before making the walk in to the show, then putting them back on after getting under cover
I saw a couple very smart guys who had on full rain suits.

"Hello wet people"
Without the rain, this show would not have been the same. Cold and wet didn't matter.

I love how you felt so compelled to copy and paste the same whining comment on just about every video taken from the show thus far.
