  • Indians from India are making a mockery of Trinidadian music... I guess they feel ofended when we take their bollywood music and turn it to chutney. So its pay back lol...

  • @hewi868

this is a 100 yr old bhojpuri song and all of babla and kanchan music were taken from bhojpuri so please give me a break ''trinidadian music'' oh and benji darling belongs to guyana

  • @abmmusicinc I know that this song is from a bollywood movie called "Ghar Dwar" but Sundar Popo (a Trinidadian) took the sound a changed it up a bit, then Kanchan took it and remixed it. So this video here takes the exact same song from Trinidad, and not the one from the bollywood movie :)... btw this song is not 100yrs old, it's about 25yrs old!

  • @abmmusicinc I'm sorry but your wrong. This song was originally recorded by the late Sundar Popo who was/is Trinidadian. Though the song shares the chorus of the bollywood song from Ghar Dwar its in no way at all over 100 years old. Chutney music which this is classified as originated in Trinidad so before talking about something you obviously know nothing about do some research and get your facts right.

  • @hewi868 What's trinidadian Music???? You are a joker.. This is Indian music that was copied.... so they deceided to sing it back now... if they start making fun of Soca or calypso i will agree with you.. even if the make fun of an "Original Chutney Tune" I will agree with you.

Because you never heard the "India Indian" version before does not mean its it was not copied.

  • We have heard this song in the west-indies for decades! Its good to hear modern India singing it too :)

  • Oh... wow... haha, thank you so much.
