Sorry, I've got a so called Pulser. It isn't cheap, but I think, it is worth it. It garanties a small particle size and the solution turns yellow, when you reach higher concentrations. It depends, how long you use the Pulser, which water quality you use (bi- or tri-destilled water) and the temperature is also important.

@perrybnewman I don't think, the particles in gold colloidal silver are bigger, there are just more of them in the same size so that there is a reflection of light. Every true colloidal silver reflects light, you can prove it with a laser beamer. Gold or colourless, it doesn't matter, the size of the particles is always the same when produced the same way.
But I agree, high concentrations aren't necessary.

That's why when you reach higher and higher concentrations the silver eventually forms tiny visible chunks floating around. The clusters are getting larger and larger until they become visible.
I think there are pulsed and AC systems which avoid this problem, but our simple DC setups don't. So I make 5ppm and drink more.

I just made my first batch and I had it just below boiling, Med/High I used 99.99 silver and distilled water and had it going for 35 minutes and my silver water was crystal clear and golden. I found that the tastes is like metal. I just want to know if this is normal, should I be heating? and for how long? How do i know if I have large particles? and is it supposed to taste like metal?

Yellow colloidal silver, according to what I've read, is not what you want to drink. Please read "Colloidal Silver : Making the Safest and Most Powerful Medicine on Earth for the Price of Water" by Mark Metcalf. Colloidal with the smallest silver ions is not yellow it is clear with a nice silvery blue shine to it in the light. Also, you should NEVER use tap water to make colloidal silver as the elements present in this impure water interfere with the electrolysis. Not to mention the fluoride :-)

I found I could make yellow or magenta colored water by how clean I keep the wires. Yellow and brown are two degrees of the same color. Magenta is from very clean wires as is clear. It takes me 5 hours to make a clear CS using only 5 volts. My laser beam is very strong and the wires are cleaned to shiny every 10 minutes.

I would nt stand in front of your microwave , use a emf meter and it will go off the chart 5 / 6 feet infront of the microwave . Also the roof at my father in laws shop vibrates very loud , from the cell phone tower behind the shop .

You have no clue... that water is not the right water, you dont put it in a microwave because you contaminate the water, and you make it poisonous. And no the molecules dont behave like that. You are using a wrong device. DO NOT USE OR DO WHAT THIS VIDEO TELLS YOU. You have no way of measuring the ppm, and because you are not using a good enough generator chances are you are going to have horrible side effects. As he said the blueishness color comes from improperly made colloidal silver. Always use .9999 percent silver and always use distilled water. I tried making a batch, I used 4 9volt batteries, a "multi-meter" followed directions and the test showed 22.3 & 22.9 when I tested as per instructions.. and it said I should see higher than 4???? i set it up a gain, 4 9volts + to - and alligator clips on opposite ends for 35 minutes & 2 more with just + silver rod..."what am I doing wrong?
@ozzyman1203 It's either your glass it dirty or your water isn't clear enough.. I have a "Pure-Water" distiller. And I keep the electrodes very clean too.Also 4 batteries would be better. I have a pyramid power supply with adjustable current and voltage. 29.7v@ up to 5amps. I don't cook mine to yellow though. mine's clear. But it tastes as strong as the health store bought ionic silver.. i keep it stirred when cooking too... I don't heat mine but then I don't have to..
also when i initially got the .15PPM the water was still hot from being heated, Now the water is cooled off and its much lower PPM number. So does the temp of the water have anything to do with maybe a false reading i got initially? The water still looks the same, it still has a slight yellow tint to it.. @Road2Glory23 check the bottom of your jar. Some of the parts suspended in the water probably didn't completely mix with the water and fell to the bottom after sitting for a while. So when the water was hot it was stirred up and you got a higher ppm reading later after sitting only what truly mixed with the water gave you the ppm reading.
Can anyone help me out. I made some Colloidal Silver yesterday and when i was done i took a PPM reading and i had .15PPM (the water was a slight yellow color) I poured it into a second mason jar that i had rinsed with distilled water, and used a coffee filter to trap any residue . Anyways today i took a PPM reading of the water and its ready .6PPM??? Why is the PPM number dropping like that? Is it because i used distilled water to rinse the 2nd jar out?

I think the color comes from the size of the silver particles wich change its color according to the size of particle reflections. Something like that.
@acortot no. depends on the use. if fighting an infection you do want an almost clear but with a tint. If your fighting something like a staff infection or acne you want a dark silver (500 ppm or 250 ppm) to put directly on your skin and take the almost clear by mouth but clear silver can be absorbed directly by the immune system and should be used for over all health and to avoid getting flues or any new thing that the American government decides to release into the air or water.

The yellow is not caused by the number of particles! It is caused by either pour water quality and/or larger particle size. I use 15ppm and it is nice and clear. Do you know what size your particles are? Your solution is yellow because your not controlling the current. As current increases larger particles are being ripped off. Larger particles reflect more light.
the Yellow Golden Amber Color is the best one, just an indication of a higher concentration of silver, if it starts to turn Golden brown or smoky black then its overcooked or some of the burnt silver is chipped off into the water
The guy in the video says his is 10ppm. That concentration should not be amber at all. It is possible to make CS at 100ppm and still have it be clear! Having it a little amber in color is fine, but to say that is the way it should be or that yellow CS is better is simply not true.
You have stop the current from increasing as the water becomes more conductive. Plus the water needs to be moved around so the particles don't agglomerate together. This is hard to do at home unless you have some electrical and mechanical knowledge. The best machine on the market right now for doing this is the SG6 auto made by SilverGen. In my opinion it is worth the money to make proper CS. What ever you use, the trick is in stirring and current control.
Your solution should be clear!! Do you even know what size your silver ions are? A yellow color indicates pour water quality and/or larger particle size. The yellow is not caused by number of particles!!! 10ppm should be clear. I use 15ppm and it is nice and clear. I hope your viewers do some research. Your solution is yellow because as the current increases larger particles are being ripped off the electrodes.
Colloidal silver starts to turn yellow if the particle size is in the range of 0.2 to 1.2 microns (um). This is still way to small to be filtered out using a coffee filter. The most effective CS has particles in the range of 0.01 to 0.001 microns (um). This size produces clear CS at 10 to 20 PPM. Particle size is the most important factor in making CS. If the particles are to large it does not matter how many PPM you have.
what happens if you you water that is filtered with reverse osmosis where there is still lets say 6ppm in the water. what does actually happen if i use that? does anybody have an answer for that? what makes it so unhealthy?
I saw on the internet, that if you add sodium chloride (salt) to silver it turns a blue shade if it has a high concentration of silver in it. I think the blue man did this. More or less tattooed himself from the large particles depositing in his skin, and not being able to move around or circulating in the blood stream untill it turns into waste. Would like to say I did try this with a 24 volt transformer from radio shack but I did not see the water getting milky but it did taste metalic. I let it do its thing for 15 minutes.
You really have to rinse hard the glass first with regular tap water then rinse once or twice with the distilled water make sure your fingers do not touch the water. I would like to do this but with 40 volts DC.

I just made my first batch and I had it just below boiling, Med/High I used 99.99 silver and distilled water and had it going for 35 minutes and my silver water was crystal clear and golden. Yellow colloidal silver, according to what I've read, is not what you want to drink. Please read "Colloidal Silver : Making the Safest and Most Powerful Medicine on Earth for the Price of Water" by Mark Metcalf. Colloidal with the smallest silver ions is not yellow it is clear with a nice silvery blue shine to it in the light. Also, you should NEVER use tap water to make colloidal silver as the elements present in this impure water interfere with the electrolysis. Not to mention the fluoride :-)

I found I could make yellow or magenta colored water by how clean I keep the wires. Yellow and brown are two degrees of the same color. Magenta is from very clean wires as is clear. It takes me 5 hours to make a clear CS using only 5 volts. My laser beam is very strong and the wires are cleaned to shiny every 10 minutes.

You have no clue... that water is not the right water, you dont put it in a microwave because you contaminate the water, and you make it poisonous. And no the molecules dont behave like that. You are using a wrong device. DO NOT USE OR DO WHAT THIS VIDEO TELLS YOU. You have no way of measuring the ppm, and because you are not using a good enough generator chances are you are going to have horrible side effects. I'm in the middle of research now. Pharma puts lots of desinformation on the net that you have to watch at least 20-30 videos to create your own opinion.

As he said the blueishness color comes from improperly made colloidal silver. Always use .9999 percent silver and always use distilled water. Also theres another solution called MMS (Chlorine Dioxide) which is just as safe and just as effective at keeping ailments away.

I tried making a batch, I used 4 9volt batteries, a "multi-meter" followed directions and the test showed 22.3 & 22.9 when I tested as per instructions.. and it said I should see higher than 4???? i set it up a gain, 4 9volts + to - and alligator clips on opposite ends for 35 minutes & 2 more with just + silver rod..."what am I doing wrong?

also when i initially got the .15PPM the water was still hot from being heated, Now the water is cooled off and its much lower PPM number. So does the temp of the water have anything to do with maybe a false reading i got initially? The water still looks the same, it still has a slight yellow tint to it.. @Road2Glory23 check the bottom of your jar. Some of the parts suspended in the water probably didn't completely mix with the water and fell to the bottom after sitting for a while. So when the water was hot it was stirred up and you got a higher ppm reading later after sitting only what truly mixed with the water gave you the ppm reading.

I made some Colloidal Silver yesterday and when i was done i took a PPM reading and i had .15PPM (the water was a slight yellow color) I poured it into a second mason jar that i had rinsed with distilled water, and used a coffee filter to trap any residue . Anyways today i took a PPM reading of the water and its ready .6PPM??? Why is the PPM number dropping like that? Is it because i used distilled water to rinse the 2nd jar out?

I can't address the area's you speak of; but I can say it was a wonder lotion on my 2nd and 3rd degree burns and helped speed up the healing process as well as calming the pain so less pain medicine needed.

The presence of silver removes the ability to absorb oxygen in single celled organisms, (bacteria, viruses, cancer cells, etc...) causing the to die. Anything with more than one cell seems to do just fine.

The yellow is not caused by the number of particles! It is caused by either pour water quality and/or larger particle size. I use 15ppm and it is nice and clear. Do you know what size your particles are? Your solution is yellow because your not controlling the current. As current increases larger particles are being ripped off. Larger particles reflect more light.

the Yellow Golden Amber Color is the best one, just an indication of a higher concentration of silver, if it starts to turn Golden brown or smoky black then its overcooked or some of the burnt silver is chipped off into the water

The guy in the video says his is 10ppm. That concentration should not be amber at all. It is possible to make CS at 100ppm and still have it be clear! Having it a little amber in color is fine, but to say that is the way it should be or that yellow CS is better is simply not true.

You have stop the current from increasing as the water becomes more conductive. Plus the water needs to be moved around so the particles don't agglomerate together. This is hard to do at home unless you have some electrical and mechanical knowledge. The best machine on the market right now for doing this is the SG6 auto made by SilverGen. In my opinion it is worth the money to make proper CS. What ever you use, the trick is in stirring and current control.

Your solution should be clear!! Do you even know what size your silver ions are? A yellow color indicates pour water quality and/or larger particle size. The yellow is not caused by number of particles!!! 10ppm should be clear. I use 15ppm and it is nice and clear. I hope your viewers do some research. Your solution is yellow because as the current increases larger particles are being ripped off the electrodes.

Colloidal silver starts to turn yellow if the particle size is in the range of 0.2 to 1.2 microns (um). This is still way to small to be filtered out using a coffee filter. The most effective CS has particles in the range of 0.01 to 0.001 microns (um). This size produces clear CS at 10 to 20 PPM. Particle size is the most important factor in making CS. If the particles are to large it does not matter how many PPM you have.

what happens if you you water that is filtered with reverse osmosis where there is still lets say 6ppm in the water. what does actually happen if i use that? does anybody have an answer for that? what makes it so unhealthy?

I saw on the internet, that if you add sodium chloride (salt) to silver it turns a blue shade if it has a high concentration of silver in it. I think the blue man did this. More or less tattooed himself from the large particles depositing in his skin, and not being able to move around or circulating in the blood stream untill it turns into waste. This way is much safer I'm told, because the particles of silver are very microbial, and that makes it very easy for blood to transport and filter.

The Limiter circuit prevents the Amps being drawn rising to a level which promotes Larger Particles....
This is the only thing he forgets to mention in the video, apart from that, spot on.

Would like to say I did try this with a 24 volt transformer from radio shack but I did not see the water getting milky but it did taste metalic. I let it do its thing for 15 minutes.

the build up is normal.
You really have to rinse hard the glass first with regular tap water then rinse once or twice with the distilled water make sure your fingers do not touch the water. I would like to do this but with 40 volts DC.

I saw an interview with the blue man. He showed how he made his silver. He put salt into the water. This makes the particle way larger then they should be. He also has been taking large amounts daily (and still does) for years.
