I agree with everyone an disagree too,being fast to respond to a crash is great,but at the same time the faster you panic makes them panic more too,I'm there fast when my kid crashes and have thrown my bike on the floor when my boys have crashed,but being too intense makes him cry more like if he's more hurt.(proof has been shown when his grandparents are watching and make a big deal of it.that's just me though
