It's is notable that Gilani said "We follow law. We forbid Muslims to kill innocent people."
At this point, the reporter SHOULD have asked him about Shari'a law, and a Muslim's duty to convert or kill ANY non-Muslim, because ALL non-Muslims are considered to be guilty of disbelief in the word of Allah.
By saying "We forbid Muslims to kill innocent people", there is also the CLEAR implication that it is acceptable to kill those who are not deemed to be innocent.
