Because youtube would get sued for a lot of money if they broke the law? Seriously. The reason it's not allowed on youtube is because the artist who owns the copyright does not want it on youtube. It's the artist's work and right to decide what is allowed with it or not.

well you're right but with most big bands, their contracts allow the record label control of such things. So its more likely that the record label is being an asshole, as opposed to the sounds
