I think that she brings something new to the table(You should also take into account that her dance routines are not as challenging as Namie's or BoA's, which was never the point from the beginning) and on top of that she is giving Koda Kumi a run for her money! A video made in 2006 cannot be a knock off of a video made in 2008. Maki Goto's first Dance Shot was from 1999, when she was a part of Morning Musume, though that one was made for fans only and made separately from the music video. She's been in many dance shots since then.
