The real truth is that you need to be able to be MOBILE but also you need a primary place to HUNKER DOWN...and a few secondary other places you could HUNKER DOWN. If you just walk around from place to place "It's all about mobility"...then you will eventually walked into serious trouble. You have to stake out a territory and know how to get around in that territory. But, you can't just go walking around aimlessly...

why are people with felonies bared from enroling in this training. not everyone with a record is a life time criminal. people make mistakes in their past but do change. what makes it bad is that he's a black man who lives in harlem , he should know better than to make assumptions about a specific group of people, kind of like how F.E.M.A. made assumptions about the black people in new orleans.
