I think the best thing to do is to take baby steps, your'e not gonna wake up tommorow and be able to talk to the hottest girl in the world, instead try and slowly build your confidence by chatting to girl's who aren't that attractive and that you aren't completely interested in. try and make it your goal to talk to 1 girl everyday, i hopethis helps, sorry i took so long to reply, take care!

If you're happy with your situation, fine. If you have a few very close friends, great. If you're crazy in love with a partner, wonderful. But being happy alone doesn't make anyone a freak, just resourceful. BTW, I'm always chatting to strangers: shopkeepers, taxi drivers, and the little old lady on the bus.

My wife kind of had that problem but it was because we had moved for me to find work. I moved back to where we're from and shes doing better. We have had a lot of our friends ditch us too. Try being closer with your family. Do you have a child? If you dont or maybe even if you do you could get a small part time job. I've met some good people through work. i live in philippines and i try to say hi to 5 people in a school when i was in 1st yr high school and 3 of them are just laughing and i dont know if its because of my face or is it because that i have pimples or because i am fat etc but for some reason i realize that theyre racist(i wonder why people keep laughing and backfighting you even you did nothing to them),and 2 out of 5 reply like hello how are you and yeah i realized that you can start a conversation with just saying hi hehe

Well, I dunno... It's not that I'm shy, it's just... I fear three things when talking to people.
1. Creeping them out, as in they think "What the fuck does this guy want, why's he talking to me?"
2. Running out of things to say then it gets all awkward and shit.
3. Meeting up with someone that gets me into trouble, very deep trouble.
Aaaand when I think about it, getting with someone isn't really worth all the effort I have to make to be able to even talk to people.

My wife kind of had that problem but it was because we had moved for me to find work. I moved back to where we're from and shes doing better. We have had a lot of our friends ditch us too. Try being closer with your family. Do you have a child? If you dont or maybe even if you do you could get a small part time job. I've met some good people through work. Just make sure they are chicks :)
