I couldn't agree more. I just presented at a conference where everyone had their heads in their laptops and their Blackberries the entire time. It is rude, disrespectful and pointless to tweet during presentations. Pointless because, in most cases, the only people who can make sense of the tweets are people who have the full context of the presentation. So everyone's just tweeting to each other. If people would stop tweeting, they'd get more out of the presentation.
