Great video Deckard ;) but I loved Resistance 3 it is my favourite in the Resistance series so far though I do agree the first Resistance was better in terms of story but it is still IMO one of the better fps games out right now.

As far as I know, this whole "Origin is spyware" is just hearsay at this point (and perhaps even fear-mongering). I haven't found any actual 'proof' that it gathers personal data and submits it to various marketing companies. There's no way EA would get away with that. Also, most games don't even require Origin to be running. For example, I have Crysis 2 on it and I can launch the game directly from my HDD without even touching Origin. I only needed it to install from Origin and that was it.
@comicguy00: It does say something to that effect but it does not mean that this is what EA is "actually" doing. The part of the TOS that I don't like is that they can suspend all your game licenses if you don't log into Origin for one year

Despite the blasting it got from most review sites, critics and gamers, I really enjoyed it. Deckard says he likes DNF because it´s more old school and because of that it´s not as generic as all the other FPS games out there. well, Silent Rob says it´s shit because gameplay-wise, it´s "straight out of the 90´s" and it just didnt live up to expectations (15 years in development...). and Rob isnt particularly a new school gamer as you probably know.
Here is my dubious honor: to game developers, who develop their PC games graphically so, it recommends the newest, recently released video card to run properly, at least on the highest settings. (for example Battlefield 3, Need For Speed: The Run)
I don't think a lot of people want to upgrade their computers, especially their video card just to play a new game on the highest settings without lag, especially in the current economic depression.
I agree. duke nukem forever wasn't as bad as most people made it out to be. sure it had its flawess but in the end it was a solid and fun game. and can't wait for the sequel(if the is going to be one.)
