echster I hope you don't really believe yourself. Miley is and will always be a Californian. That is part of her appeal. She was famous in America way before the UK. Besides I never heard a professional recording of this event. Maybe someone in the UK dubbed over this to make it sound better and then released it. Trust me she has an insane following here in America and if I Tunes releases this in HD it will be sold out!
