They speak loudly into their mobile on our trains and buses, even a normal conversation sounds like they are arguing. Social etiquette in public tells a lot about the people from there.

Zoos really aren't mean. If they are governed properly which the majority of which are, by intelligent people, then they can do nothing but good. They fund research into animal conservation, as well as breeding programs. We would be a lot worse off without Zoos trying as hard as they are nowadays to maintain species diversity and numbers in animals such as the Giant Panda.
