It's the scoreboard overlay in Windows Movie maker. It's listed under Edit>Title and credits>Titles on selected clip>change the title animation>sports scoreboard.

i made my own explorer.exe in visual basic self taught and youtube and i erased old files recompiled windows scripts and pretty much made my own operating system from it :)

Yeah, unfortunately I lost that sound quality. Also I used the theme manager from Alienware to get that theme, so you might want to check it out. :)
