  • Everybody calls me the quiet one

You can see, but you can't hear me

Everybody calls me the quiet one

You can try, but you can't get near me.....

    this is me exactly :/

  • This is FREAKIN' AWESOME! I want to play the bass guitar now.

  • It is so hard to believe that it has been almost 19 years since I was there, thank you lord for the memorys, RIP Cindy, miss you so much, see you when I see you............

  • cant really knock kenny jones he did a pretty good job,he produced a good snapping sound to his style, crisp and presise

  • Fuck Kenney Jones, he was better off drumming for Oasis.

  • What an ace band! And what a time for great music. I thought it was gonna last forever...

  • is the live version on the remastered version of face dances?

  • @samuriguy25 No, the version on cd is from Shea Stadium, October 13, 1982.

  • @ShorthandedGoal thanks i forgot...it sounds a lot like it though.

  • Such an underrated singer

he really should have sang lead vocals more.

  • @Hijink93 I agree. His backing vocals on their 1965 live performances prove your point. He never sang lead on their covers, which I think would've sounded great.

Did anyone else lol when John introduced this as a Barry Manilow tune?

  • great performance. Always a Keith Moon fan, but Kenny Jones really shined on this one.

  • John looks soo cool here. And sounds soo good. Pete looks good too for the 80s style you know. Kenny looks alright too I guess, but what the heck Roger? why did he ever let anyone shone him of his long, golden curling locks?? D':

  • im still awake john

  • John, I am NOWHERE near falling sleep when your songs are played.

  • @ShadowOfADoubt9 same here

  • where did all this great music go?

  • @openroad80 Wondering the same...Gone extinct, like ancient civilizations. Band today couldn't ever reach this. Not even close. The passion is gone. The raw human emotion, and soul. Maybe it's something in the water? over generations....

  • I was at this show. Loverboy opened.

  • Holy fucking god! What a fucking incredible performance

  • It only takes two words to blow you away...... The only low point of this song is that Keith Moon was no more available to sit behind the drumkit. But the song is still a bomb anyway! Thats my favourite one especially when driving to work ...

  • John is so cool. He plays his bass like it's easy. And he's looking sharp and laid back in that suit, while Pete is trying to be some punk and Roger is trying to be some prep. I'm not sure who Kenny is trying to be...some guy I guess. LOL.

  • Bang your heads people

  • this song is pure awesome rock RIP John

  • this is my fave time for the who,(yeah I know kenny jones is not keith moon) but the music kicks ass and they were really tight, the OX rules!!!

  • John Enwistle go old very fast around that time. Didn't he?

  • @oliaiguambfigues76 i watched an interview where someone said he stopped dying his hair black around this point. I think that might be the reason?

  • I guess it might be so, maybe he should have shaved his beard as Pete did with his. Keith Richards is another one who aged shockingly quick in the late Seventies.

  • @longliverock222 yes, the girlfriend he had at that time didn't mind his grey hair, so he stopped dying it.

  • Wonder what the Barry manilow version sounds like. LOL!

  • pete kills it here

  • Cracking version. Love it!

  • GO JOHN! LOUDER MAN LOUUUUDERRR!

  • Brilliant! I saw The Who on the tour before they released Face Dances - I was front row - and this was one of the best tracks of the night. Just brilliant!

  • Isn't this a little aggresive for Barry Manilow?

  • Fantastic. Also a fine performance of Mr. Kenney Jones.

  • One of the best versions I have ever heard - thanks for posting it.

  • Definitely not the low-point!

Rocking performance of a rocking song! Fantastic!!

  • The Ox!!!

  • this and one at a time are prob my fav 80s who songs... although eminence front live is rediculous...

  • this is fucking punk rock goddamn it, the who rules...

  • this is what punk rockers try to be and fail...

  • @profjohnfrinks riiight..........

  • @hildergarn I've been saying for twenty years that the WHO were the original punk rock band. And the best.

  • amazing song and performance

  • great, i have this dvd, really amazing!

    Thanks for posting
