The man had a stroke my father did the same shit. pretty much he knows he had a stroke and has to go to hospital for help but he thinks oh shit i gotta put my shirt on it's embarrassing to walk around without a shirt but since he had a stroke he doesn't realize he's already wearing a shirt because his short-term memory is affected so hes stuck in a endless loop he probably collapsed trying to get the hospital because of too much shirts and heat stroke but in fact it's a brain stroke and a heat!
