if you are training a f2p pure and have enough money (around 100k) you should train at monks... they hit 1's rarely at 1 defence and there is a cabage patch 10 feet to the north... i did this all the way to 60 str

I have a lvl 35 with 64str, 53hp and 5 atk. I actually reckon the best f2p pure str is either 20 or 30 atk not 40 because 1 it gets ur combat up getting it to 40, 2 if ur fighting pures u dont need high attack and 3 u have much less to lose with 20 or 30 attack.
