This movie is absolutely fantastic, the scene that features this piece is one of the most uplifting (pun intended) scenes put to film. Great movie :)

Step 1. Acquire a boat of any size, preferably one with a little cabin hatch around the top you can stick your torso out of.
Step 2. Equip it with the most powerful engines you can find.
Step 3. Fit it with an Amplified sound system and point the speakers outwards.
Step 4. Go out in extremely rough seas, with the speakers blasting this song, engines maxed out.
Step 5. Don a captains cap and stick your torso out the hatch while yelling triumphantly into the wind.
Step 6. Feel awesome.
