I think it may be imperative that my Dad, my awesome father, meets Paul McCartney. It's on his bucket list. He knows every Beatles song/fact from the start. My Dad sang every Beatles song to me as an infant. Someone please make my dads wish/dream come true.
So Mccartney is a billionaire! YOU MISS THE POINT! He made his money with music and what
his music brought to the world was beauty and heart. Getting stuck on his money just makes you look jealous. Go put down Bank of Amerias CEO or the Walmart Waltons for their money.
A "free" concert just means that someone else pays for it. Paul McCartney would not have to play many "free" concerts to make him a pauper! Those shows cost a fortune to put on.
hey do you all mind if i put down mccartney?cmon he a billionaire he can take it.by the way how much did yall pay to see this nostalgia show?he should play a free concert dont ya think?aint he got enough?i mean all you need is love.
i remeber seeing this concert with my dad and iloved this song a lot especially i just lost my great uncle and i just went to his funeral that day and i lost my great grandmother in december and i loved them very much. i even lost to people i haven't seen in a long time and this song made me feel a lot better. thank you paul ♥

Shit! I saw Macca back in 2002 (9 years ago!) and his voice was not nearly as beautiful and accurate as it was in this concert. I wish I had been there. Truly amazing
When Paul gestured up towards the heavens, I thought I was going to "lose it". I love John so much, & I know Paul loved him so much, too, but, my God, Paul KNEW John, & therein lies the difference. I can't even imagine his pain. *( But when his voice cracked on the word "loved" as the song was nearing its end, I had to stop the video & CRY before continuing. I was so overcome with emotion. Paul truly loved his best mate & every time he sings this song, he's letting the world know just how much.
@maccamusic17 *hugs* Wow..that you were lucky enough to see him..good for you, hon'! And if it makes me feel this emotional just WATCHING this, I can only imagine the emotions as you're actually sitting there and listening to and seeing him sing this in person.
@Cozycriter My mom seriously thought that I was REALLY sick the way I was acting. Just about every song made me cry... lol.. I love Paul so much it's probably not healthy!! I was in shock!!!
I'm going to go see Paul in Montreal in a few days, so excited! I hope he sings this song, it's absolutely beautiful. It'll probably get more than a few tears out of me.
i was here and when he sang this....i finally cried. there was something so tender, so genuine that you suddenly remembered at the end of the day, he and john were people and on some level it was just true blue friendship...i cannot imagine his loss when john was gone. of course yoko's loss and sean's etc...but his face, his voice, just so personal....what an amazing night. it was my FIRST EVER time seeing Paul in concert. i'll never forget it!
Just saw him the July 16th show; this moved me to tears. The next song, Dance Tonight, had me in stitches, with the drummer's hysterical dance moves. My date was my 19-year old daughter; she never thought she'd see Paul MCartney in concert. Oh, and Billy Joel joined them for an encore on I Saw Her Standing There. For everything else, there's Mastercard; this was indeed PRICELESS!!!
Please excuse me, my Younger Brother came on and started to look up Videos. But Yes, he is right... we saw everything from Shrooms to LSD to Weed... it was almost like Woodstock. We were up on the Second level between Home Plate and 3rd Base.

I was at this concert, it was the best one I have ever been to.
I cried during this, "Something", he spoke about George, and Golden Slumbers.
