When I saw this movie... was hanging out with some friends and thoroughly underwhelmed by the plot and characters so no one's really paying attention anymore at this point, then BAM, you get hit with this fucking awesome scene like a hook to the jaw.
I like it when movies take risks like this. They could have come up with a clever scheme and some sexy gadgets to get him past the lasers. But the raw grace and genius of this scene are far better. Just sit back and enjoy; thinking is optional :)
@MrBleuAigle This is realistic. They actually got that guy to do it, IN real life. With real lasers (alarm based lasers). So it may not look realistic, but it is.
BUENO,DEMAS ESTA POR DECIR,QUE LA COREOGRAFIA SE HACE PRIMERO SIN LOS LASERS,Y SE AGREGAN DESPUES SEGUN LOS MOVIMIENTOS.POR MAS BUENO QUE PUEDA SER EL DOBLE,TARDARIA UNA ETERNIDAD SI TUVIERAN QUE REPETIR LA TOMA UNA Y OTRA VEZ.
This was the only part of Ocean's Twelve that I liked. I keep hearing from people about how this couldn't happen. So what if it's improbable? It's fiction, people! This guy is the pinnacle of badassery.
@eureekasprings I think Fight Science actually tested this by getting a girl trained in ninjitsu who was insanely flexible. She made it through an intricate array of stationary beams so at least that's something.
Man the music and the dance compliment each other perfectly. It's fucking awesome. I love coming back to this video every once in a while and seeing it again. It never gets old.
You know...if you look closely...he could have just walked around the sides, behind the statues.
