Yes, I've had posts about Faryl's recordings removed or not accepted, and not only on Youtube, but on Amazon as well. No obscene language, only critical comments of the production, never of Faryl herself. What is going on?

I have no idea who is responsible for the rermoval. As I have said I only remove a normal post if requested by the poster in a personal email. This has happened only once by someone who had closed her YT account and couldn't remove them herself. Sometimes when posting comments the panel changes to "awaiting approval". Maybe that has something to do with not being able to post. On Amazon some crits. have got through about her performance and the album production. It's a bit of a mystery.

Totally agree with you again Carolynn. There is no doubt that Faryl has talent but I have also had posts removed. Why would they be removed. Im not using vulgar language so why! I wish people would appreciate the training and work that goes into classical singing. I think it is the hardest genre of singing, because it has to be as it always was & people get snobby about it. It is too easy for people to criticise & very hard to gain acclaim. You have to be be really, really good to be recognised- so already both Charlotte and Faryl have come so far. Annelies is a great singer too and her parents are lovely people.

I have had posts removed too. They obviously dont want any negativity and are tyring to make it look like everyone loves Faryl. The album didnt as well as expected. Universal are disappointed!

Were your posts removed from this thread? Well they were looking for a top ten at least in the popular chart, but they did achieve the number one spot in the classical chart which is the one they were quite confident of reaching. I think it was a bit much to expect a top spot in the pop chart. We'll have to wait to see how she fares next week.

I was asked by another poster to remove her posts because she had closed her account with YT and was unable to remove them herself. This request was made in a personal message. I would otherwise only remove content that was obscene or libellous. Other negative comments can remain.

I agree Mike, she was not miming. I have noticed that most singing vids on Youtube are out of sync, must be something to do with the way they are put on the net.

That was not mime. She had what appeared to be the full orchestra backing that is on the cd. I fancy that the strings behind her were more for show than contributing to the backing. She was not miming to the Cd because she was singing a shorter version than the album version. Also in singing live her voice had a lot more vibrato throughout the range, which she does not have on the album where the vibrato is more on the higher and louder notes.
