Although i don't agree with you speaking on behalf of ALL youtubers, you certainly made some better points than wookiefagger. Youtube is definitely the worst place to look for porn, but i believe the majority of those that think its here in the first place are little curious kids and 20-somethin yr. old idiots that have no experience w/ you tube in the 1st place.

I also understand, YES there are limitations to what you can do abiding by laws set by the nation you take residence in. This means you can face problems if what you violate on the website, I.E. a minor under the age of 18 looking at porn and living in U.S.. That person has a chance to face problems for doing such.

You're all wrong man, Terms of use and terms of service can be used as something like "YOU BREAK THEM YOU GO TO JAIL". Wrong. I will tell you it's wrong because the nation most of us who post on here live on U.S. soil. The united states constitution gives us the freedom of speech which will not get US in trouble because Terms of Service IS NOT A LAW. IT IS SIMPLY RULES SET BY THE COMPANY.
