The Episcopal baptism service is a wondrous thing. The whole congregation present is asked, "Will you seek and serve Christ in every person, loving your neighbor as yourself?" And those in the congregation who are willing, answer, "We will!" These and the other commitments are deep and challenging, and lay the ground for how the person(s) baptised will be brought up, and live as members of the body of Christ.
