  • I really love your videos. Your attitude is great coming into this which is what you have to keep in mind. Its not an overnight process unfortunately. Oh and wheat pasta really is not all that bad. I love regular pasta but I will def. eat wheat pasta if I have to. Keep up the great work and stick with it.

  • Had to come back, Yay!! You lost 3 of the 4 pounds that you'd gained, that's awesome. You mentioned that it was hard losing 9lbs the 1st week then having it slow down. Losing weight is a LONG process. Even losing just 2 pounds a week is an accomplishment. Losing 2 pounds everyweek will get you there, just will take a bit longer than losing more. Either way, you'll make it!! Stay focused and strong, you CAN do it girl!! You may fall off more times in the future, just get right back on!!

  • HAHA im glad you came back!!! I was really happy about the 3lbs!! It wasn't hard to lose the 9lbs.. i was just mad that i lost that much in the first place, and I thought I would keep up big numbers.. but i know that isn't true.. and i can't loose that much everytime.. so I realize that... and if i could just loose 2lbs a week! i'll do the happy dance!!!! Jen thanks for being so positive!! You're a good friend!

  • Hey girl, I really like this video, I love your honesty. It's so important to be honest with ourselves esp. when it's concerning a goal. That you admit that you fell off the wagon and realize that it happens is huge and probably what will keep your mind so healthy during this whole process. You mentioned that your family eats and loves pasta, isn't it so true that the people around us influence what we eat?!?!?! Off, to watch the rest of the video. Lol.

    I'm impressed by the inches thing! For me that's more like, "Oooo" than the weight loss number lol.

    I know what you mean about the pasta. I eat way too much of it too, but grr it's just sooo good, haha.

  • thats good me too. am trying to loose weight before i go on hoilday. its so hard at times but when you see results it makes you more motivated. i feel soo much healthy then i ever did before. which is also great. but i do miss my junk lol

  • Yeah I understand about trying to loose it for the holidays. But I don't really eat junk if youre meaning Candy, and Chocolates,Cake, my junk would just be over eating regular food.

  • oh right i see i have a problems with other junk Candy, and Chocolates,Cake cant stop i have to finsh it all. I always had issues with over eating gorwing up i was also chubby plus i developed way early which kinda sucked too.
